Snickerdoodles are one of my favorite cookies!  I mean, not only are they cozy and delicious, “SnickerDoodle” is just a fun word to say.  Prove me wrong.  This recipe is perfect for that first super chilly weekend of the season. 

Ingredients 

• 3 cups (372g) all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¾ cup (170g) unsalted butter softened
• 1 ¼ cups (250g) granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
